QA Engineer

Job Purpose:
Liaise with suppliers on incoming material quality issues. Handle customers' complaints and verify customer returns and ensure technical/customer requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
➢ To measure the quality performances of the organisation, ie. Customers' complaints,
Returned materials Authorisation (RMA), etc. Against set targets.
➢ To interface with customers on products' quality requirements and ensure that quality
requirements are followed to ensure customer satisfaction.
➢ To prepare the products' PMP(Process Management Plan), FA sample and necessary
documentation required by customers.
➢ To establish inspection criteria, control plan, quality gates, set quality standards and records
for both raw materials and finished goods and follow thorough to disposition.
➢ To lead RCA/CAPA and follow up on all correction action request for all stages of production
and highlight to management areas of concern.
➢ To verify all scraps (raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, customer returns,
etc.).
➢ To work closely with Production and other supporting departments to ensure the production
of quality products and trend monitoring.
➢ To train teams and promote Quality at Source/First Time Right.
➢ To perform my other duties that may be assigned.
