Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Leader (Food, $600, ID 21645):
On-site QA management in food production plants.
Quality verification for incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
In-process quality control & line monitoring.
Food safety & quality management standards: GMP, SSOP, ISO (ISO 22000 focus), HACCP.
SOP creation, updating, and review.
Internal audits, third-party/customer audits, regulatory inspection management.
Quality data analysis, defect trend analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
Training on food safety and quality awareness for QA staff and production line workers.
Quality documentation (batch records, inspection logs, traceability records).
Cross-functional coordination (Production, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse).
Requirement
Gender / Age: Female, 25-30 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Chemistry (Food Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry), Biotechnology/Biology or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing companies, including 1-2 years in a QA Team Leader / Supervisory role within food manufacturing (hands-on floor/line inspection experience required).
Languages: Fluent in English
