2. Education
- University Degree or higher in Food Technology, Quality Systems, Agriculture, or related fields.
- This position must speak, listen and write English in fluent is advantage
- Good working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, IFS, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA
- Good knowledge risk analysis & risk system management, 7QC tools, Kaizen
- Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill
- Basic knowledge of SAP software or ERP.
3. Experience
- Experience in International Customers complaint
- Experience in working with Farmers
- Experience at least 5 years in the position of QA Manager
- Experience in the Agricultural, F&B, FMCG.
- Experience in managing compliance with food safety regulations in multiple countries
- Experience in the development, implementation, and auditing of international quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, KOSHER, HALAL, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA, C-TPAT)
- Experience in implementing and building systems & risk management.
- Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Work independently and under high pressure.
