Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of QA Manager (Garment, Open for expats, ID 17851):
Understand buyers' quality standards and align them with the company's vision and strategies for quality management.
Analyze root causes of returned products and quality defects in ongoing production; develop corrective action plans.
Train QA/QC staff on product inspection methods, specifically for woven garment products.
Develop SOPs and checking standards for all quality-related processes and improvement initiatives.
Manage and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure optimal performance.
Handle customer complaints, prepare monthly reports, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Promote quality achievement and continuous performance improvement across the company.
Define QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are met.
Assess product specifications and compare them with buyer requirements to guarantee full compliance.
Establish clear standards and procedures, ensuring defined quality methods are applied by all relevant staff.
Ensure that all procedures are properly understood, implemented, and evaluated for effectiveness.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree or above.
10 Years of experience in Garment industry.
Problem solving Skills.
Time management.
Excellent Communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills
