Mô tả công việc
- Manage and allocate work in QA-QC department
- Complete the quality management system, complete the general process
- Apply quality management system to each department of the Company
- Responsible for quality on each stage of production (Coordinate with the ministry
corporate engineering department)
- Responsible for material quality (Coordinate with purchasing department)
and finished products
- Coordinate product research and customer requirements to establish
standards of the quality of goods.
- Research production methods and propose processes and methods
inspect and coordinate in building a written system to check product quality.
- Control related work when there is a Company Audit
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, Control plan, MSA and 7 core tool
- Set up PPAP and send to clients
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and Bosch standards
- Check daily work reports to ensure employees and team leaders operate dynamic as required, effective.
- Perform professional tasks as required by company leaders.
Yêu cầu
* Request:
- Preference for Hai Duong candidates
- University degree in engineering or other related disciplines
- More than 5 years of working experience in QA-QC and more than 3 years in equivalent positions in automotive manufacturing companies or related industries
- Other conditions: IATF system management and work experience of foreign companies
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, SPC/ 6SIGMA, MSA
- Proficient in Office informatics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in English.
