QA Manager

Main Purpose of the Job
To lead and manage the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) while meeting safety, quality, cost, and service targets. Drive continuous improvement through supplier development, quality management (include Consumer/Customer Satisfaction), and capability development for Quality team.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
1. Food Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with NQMS, WOS, FSMS, and all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain food safety systems and minimize risks through effective HACCP, GMP, and BMP program.
• Lead food safety audits and certification processes (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).

• Gap & Action Log from Audit
2. Quality Management :
• Ensure product quality meets Nestlé standards and customer expectations.
• Minimize consumer complaints and quality incidents. Coordinate with CS and related departments to handle complaint.
• Develop and manage quality system (per FSSC 22000, ISO 9001...) processes, procedures/SOPs and work instructions to ensure traceability and recall readiness.

3. Manufacturing Excellence:
• Drive continuous improvement culture in quality area.Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
• Lead Q Pillar implementation, Standardize quality practices and support NCE initiatives and TPM implementation.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and stability of the production system.

• Manage supplier quality programs and incoming material quality. Lead supplier audits and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
