Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.
>5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in manufacturing, preferably printing/label industry.
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, FSC-COC, Higg-FEM, and Sedex SMETA 4P systems,...
Strong knowledge of quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
Experience managing internal/external audits and non-conformity investigations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & ERP
High responsibility, detail-oriented, and an improvement mindset.
Able to manage QA/ QC team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
