Responsibility 1: To manage, supervise, and support issues related to quality assurance, food hygiene, and safety at all stores to ensure the standard of operation management & control of inventory issues. stagnate, generate/ take action to improve
Responsibility 2: Plan inspections and evaluations, test products in all stores, synthesize and analyze results, and recommend a corrective action plan.
Responsibility 3: Participate in building and updating processes and regulations related to the QA department to guide store implementation and compliance
Responsibility 4. Support training, training on food safety and quality management issues at stores, to help stores meet operating standards
Responsibility 5: Report to Line Manager

Education: College above
Specialized fields: Retail or relevant fields
Professional/Professional certificate: ISO, HACCP certification...
Expertise:
- Know about system management quality & hygiene & food safety;
- Understand law & regulation related to hygiene & food safety;
Skills required:
- Good management and leadership skills, planning, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving - decision-making skill
- Communication and presentation skills
Other special requests:
- Creative, proactive in work, honest, and quickly adapts
- Ability to have a business trip, Work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint
- Good at English (Writing, Reading)
