Mô tả công việc
The QC Inspector is in charge of in-process inspection and pre-shipment inspections according to the company inspection process and direction of QA & Compliance Manager. The QC Inspector determines the conformity to product specification to ensure delivery of good quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute inspection of product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
2. Perform in-process quality inspection and carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped.
3. Reject non-conforming goods fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
4. Ability to report discrepancies, non-conformance, and provide feedback to both company and factory managements on any product quality issue.
5. Provide QC inspection report after the inspection is completed.
6. Monitor the production status in ensuring shipping plans are strictly adhered to.
7. Perform other assignments in compliance with the superior's direction.
Yêu cầu
1. University Degree/Diploma or equivalent
2. A minimum of 3 years related experience, locally based (i.e., working in Thanh Hoa city, but occasional travel within Vietnam and overseas, e.g., India is required for this role)
3. Good knowledge on toy industry quality standard and requirement
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
5. Experience with quality control procedures and techniques
6. Familiarity with toy regulatory requirements related to quality control and quality assurance
7. Ability to read and interpret product requirements and specifications
8. Familiarity with inspection equipment and tools
9. Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skill
10. Proficient in MS Office
