Manage and oversee all activities of the QC department.
Support & monitor the quality management system according to ISO standards.
Control the quality of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
Coordinate with related departments (head office and internal company) to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Train and develop QC team & internal training for workers.
Report to the Board of Directors on quality performance and related issues.

Required Skills
Japanese: at least N3 (good communication & writing email)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Good knowledge of technical drawing
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in mechanical manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control tools/methods.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
