Implement quality management processes at the production site.
Take responsibility for the company's inspection and laboratory testing activities.
Organize the approval process for new products and manage the registration of product standards.
Operational Optimization & Incident Handling
Organize the handling of customer quality complaints.
Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing equipment and production processes.
Departmental Leadership
Build, organize, and manage the internal quality department.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Solid knowledge of drugs, chemicals, and biological products used in livestock and aquaculture.
Priority given to candidates with practical experience in relevant positions.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in either Chinese or English for professional communication.
Strong communication and instructional skills.
Personality & Attitude
Professional mindset suitable for a growing international company.
Ability to coordinate effectively and lead the department.
