Mô tả công việc
• Leading and monitoring all activities of inspectors, admin.
• Handling complain from customer.
• Maintain quality system( ISO and BRC) of company and leading audit internal and external.
• Setting up and monitoring all procedure.
• Managing the man power cost of QC department.
• Control quality from Material to finished product.
• Reporting KPI for monthly meeting.
• set up quality training program for all team.
• Monitoring improvement for current product.
• Analysis of quality control data to make corrective action.
• Main responsibility to ensure quality system is passed all audits from customer
• Monitor all Lab activities

Yêu cầu
1. Formal education: University Degree
2. Experiences: Minimum 4 years in related position
3. Skills:
• Communicate in English well
• Leadership skill
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Power point, SAP).
• Understand SPC
• Able to identify color very well.
