* About the Role
- We are a German/Swiss internationally renowned company with a small, growing operation in Vietnam looking for a hands-on Quality Control Associate to oversee all aspects of quality assurance for our assembly line. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and is ready to own the entire QC process-from inspection and testing to documentation and continuous improvement. You'll be our go-to expert for ensuring everything we produce meets high standards of quality, consistency, and reliability.
* Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products.
- Co-develop and maintain effective QC checklists, records, and reports.
- Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues in real time.
- Work closely with production/shipping to implement corrective actions.
- Manage non-conforming materials and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with any relevant industry or customer standards.
- Collaborate with Production, suggest and help implement process improvements to build high quality products

- 实时识别、记录并协助解决质量问题;
- 与生产/物流部门紧密合作,实施纠正措施;
- 管理不合格品,并进行根本原因分析;
- 确保符合任何相关行业或客户标准;
- 与生产部门合作,提出并协助实施流程改进,以打造高质量产品。
