Position: Manual Tester
Location: Ha Noi

Job Responsibilities
Analyze business and system requirements, clarify testing scope and test scenarios.
Design, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure product quality.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
Prepare test reports and provide quality status updates to stakeholders.
Support production issue investigation and validation when required.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
Experience testing Web, API, or Enterprise Applications.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Automation testing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Basic SQL skills for database validation.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
