WE NEED YOU: Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate UGC (User Generated Content) content quality on the e-commerce platform from agent.
Conduct root cause analyses to improvement for UGC content quality, and provide summaries and recommendations.
Maintain an understanding of Client policies and community guidelines in order to identify opportunities for optimization on the e-commerce platform.
Ensure consistent content quality throughout the E-commercial ecosystem, manage BPO performance to achieve KPIs of productivity.
Yêu cầu
At least 1-year experience in QA position.
Communication English skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills - Analytical, able to analyze data and draw insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Innovative and able to influence others.
Able to work night shift.
