Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Requirement of information system in QMS
- Support superior to revive documents.
- Update standard of RM and finished products (LIMS)
- Make COA on request.
- Support drafting work instructions.
2. Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL, FD, FF & law
- Patrol/Gemba at the unit and identify the hazards.
- Collect and evaluate quality performance results (Example: insect result, etc.).
- Quality reports and keep records for the audits.
3. Resolve NC about the quality in Bien Hoa factory
- Solve quality problems (raw materials, processes and finished products, ...).
- Check & approve analysis results of materials and finished products (LIMS, SAP...).
- Support to make nonconformity report & follow improvement.
- Support to resolve customer complaints.
4. Supplier management
- Prepare documents and conduct supplier audit when having assignment (survey, new supplier, period, C rank and trouble,...).
- Follow up supplier improvement action (if any).
- Support to follow new supply testing request.
- Support to follow supplier capacity and annual evaluation.
5. Others:
Follow superior's requirements.
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree. Relevant majors are priority (Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, ...)
• Having a certificate of participation in awareness training of ISO 9001, HACCP.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production processes and basic analysis methods of food and packaging.
• Understand Food Defense, Halal, Food Fraud.
