About Us:
Direct Product Sourcing International (DPS) is the authorized
purchasing agent for Tractor Supply Company (TSC), a leading Fortune 500 retailer in the USA with 2,400 Tractor Supply stores and 200 Pet Sense stores across the country (NASDAQ: TSCO). Among its function, TSC empowers DPS to ensure approved quality products on all shipments.
About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to conduct on-site inspections, including but not limited to: checking product quality against set standards, making sure production is on schedule for timely delivery, and finding practical solutions to any quality issues, playing a key role in helping us continuously improve product quality.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Conduct On-Site Inspections: Visit factories to check products based on quality standards and inspection protocols provided.
• Test Products: Use factory equipment to test products according to their specific performance and features.
• Monitor Production: Check factory production schedules to help ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Report Findings: Clearly and timely communicate inspection results and suggest practical solutions for any quality problems to our merchandising teams.
• Problem Solve: Identify potential quality risks or delays during inspections and suggest ways to prevent them.
• Collaborate: Work closely with manufacturers and internal DPS teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Learn & Follow Procedures: Understand and follow DPS and TSC guidelines, procedures, and workflows.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
• Language: Good English skills (both written and spoken), proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control, specifically with "hardline" goods (like tools, hardware, home goods, etc.).
• Knowledge: Good understanding of quality standards (like AQL), inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Communication: Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Presentation skills are a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to find solutions to problems.
• Team Player: Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others.
• Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to the small things.
• Client Focus: Dedicated to meeting quality standards for our client (TSC).
• Attitude: Eager to learn new things and share your knowledge with others.
• Travel: Must be able to travel to factory sites for inspections.
Reporting:
• This position reports to the Quality Manager.
Office Location:
• Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Compensation:
• VND18,000,000 - 20,000,000 per month.
• Travelling Allowance: 200,000 per day.
• Phone Allowance: 300,000 per month.
