Quality Control Intern (QA QC, Tester)

Job description
You will be involved in software testing activities under the guidance of the QC Lead:
Participate in testing Web and Mobile applications to ensure product quality before release
Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to design test cases and test scenarios
Perform manual testing, identify defects, document bugs, and track issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle
Utilize AI tools to generate test cases, create test data, analyze logs, and improve bug reporting efficiency
Conduct basic API testing using Postman to validate data accuracy and business workflows
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts (BA), Product Owners (PO), and other stakeholders to verify defects, perform regression testing, and ensure sprint quality
Learn and apply modern QA methodologies such as Risk-based Testing and Shift-left Testing
Your skills and experience
4th-year students majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including SDLC, STLC, test case design, and the bug life cycle
Ability to write clear, structured, and easy-to-follow test cases
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman)
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Dev - BA - Product)
Understanding of the software development process and the role of QC in software projects
