Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Team Leader to join our software development team for an ERP/HRM system. The QC Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the quality control activities, ensuring high product quality, and managing the day-to-day operations of the QC team. This role requires a deep understanding of the ERP/HRM domain and strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Take full ownership of the quality assurance process for the ERP/HRM project.
Analyze and understand the entire software system and workflows to ensure thorough test planning.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team members to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including
Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, and
Project Managers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and validate solutions.
Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to risk assessments and release readiness.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and mentor junior QC members.
Ensure documentation of testing processes and test results is clear and complete.
Communicate effectively with clients when necessary to understand issues and deliver QA reports.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of ERP and HRM systems is a must.
Experience with software testing methodologies including manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, etc.
Strong leadership, task management, and delegation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
[Nice-to-have]
ISTQB or other QA certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience working directly with international clients.
