- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Verify that products are correctly packaged and labeled according to customer and regulatory requirements, identify and document defects or non-conformance in products, providing detailed reports for analysis.
- Utilize Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) sampling plans to determine the number of products to inspect.
- Identify and segregate defective products, parts, or components, ensuring they are reworked or discarded.
- Ensure outgoing products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify quality issues and implement improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of outgoing products.
- Perform regular inspections and tests on products during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, testing procedures, and quality metrics.
- Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support training programs for production staff on quality control practices and standards.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety higiene regulations and quality assurance practices in the workplace.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality standards relevant to the company's products.
