Mô tả công việc
- Oversee and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring all products meet established quality standards.
- Supervise daily quality inspection processes, including incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product evaluations.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures, testing methods, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of QA inspectors and technicians.
- Assign tasks to QA staff and monitor performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging proactive identification of potential quality issues.
- Analyze quality data, track trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of defects and implement solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve QA processes, such as reducing inspection time or minimizing product defects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA activities, inspections, and test results.
- Prepare regular quality reports for management, summarizing QA performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation of any quality-related non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in quality control tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification: Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on quality metrics.
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey quality standards and requirements to team members.
- High level of accuracy in conducting inspections and maintaining documentation.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management.
