TITLE: Quality Control Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Manager, Quality Control - Vietnam

Reporting to the Manager, Quality Control, the Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all BERMANFALK product complies to specifications and meets required quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Inspections
● Review project inspection plan to ensure all items will have required inspections and testing conducted.
● Review quality inspections within BERMANFALK's quality inspection system
o Resolve defects/issues
o Provide final approval of inspections
Responsibilities
● Oversee the QA process to ensure all standards, deliverables, and services meet quality requirements and deadlines.
● Resolve supplier quality failures promptly by working with all stakeholders and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
● Ensure specifications are properly documented ahead of mass manufacturing.
● Conduct and monitor inline inspections to ensure products and processes meet requirements.
● Assist in audits, prepare audit reports, and implement corrective actions when needed.
● Adhere to daily/weekly planned inspections within BERMANFALK's quality inspection schedule.

COMPENSATION: Salary Range ₫30,000,000 to ₫38,000,000 /month
