Product scope:
• About 70% shirts 30% pants
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor product quality on the production line and promptly report any quality issues identified.
• Work closely with factory teams to monitor production quality and resolve quality issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare daily quality reports for the office and quality reports for customers as required.
• Maintain close communication with factory teams and UQ customers.
• Other duties will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Experience in garment QC/QA, preferably with shirts and pants.
• Fluent English required; Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a factory-based environment and conduct regular factory rounds.
• Candidates living / or can live in Nam Dinh or nearby areas are preferred.
• Age is not a strict requirement; candidates in 30s-40s are welcome.
