* Job description
- Implement and maintain Automotive Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Conduct Process Audits, SPC, and MSA to ensure process capability and stability.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and lead corrective/preventive actions (8D, CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (control plans, inspection standards, PPAP submissions).
- Support customer quality requirements, complaints, and claims management.
- Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product and process quality during new product development.

Yêu cầu
* Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive quality assurance or engineering (OEM or Tier 1 supplier preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and English skills for cross-functional and customer interactions.
