PROVIDING ON-THE-JOB TRAINING FOR FRESH GRADUATES.
Job Description:
Responsible for conducting First Article Inspection (FAI) for new and modified products.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain FAI documentation and related reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process capability.
Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Participate in quality review meetings and assist in root cause analysis when required.
On-the-job training will be provided for fresh graduates.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
Good understanding of quality concepts and measurement tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
English: Able to read and write technical documents.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
