JOB PURPOSE:
To lead and optimize comprehensive quality assurance processes, ensure all products meet customer expectations and strictly adhere to IATF 16949 standards through a culture of continual improvement..
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Documentation and report delivery on time.
Documentation Standardize.
Coordinate the external department issues.
Customer PPM.
Ensure the output of QE team applies to APQP standard.
KPI evaluation to QE team.
Document reviewing for QE team.
Speed and quality of problem solving on product defect, production process control and management system audit, customer quality issue.
Meet targets -Quality of process and product.
Implement, prepare, and maintain documents of APQP and PPAP standard.
Customer 8D report.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering field.
Experience as Quality Management in Mechanical, Automotive Industry.
Experience with GD&T, fixture for measurement, quality control plan in R&D phase, PPAP.
Good Microsoft Office user skills.
Good English communication skills.
