Who We Are:
We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house
designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality inspection at vendors and provide inspection report.
Take full charge of WIP and Production process improvement.
Assist in product test & customer complaints.
Address root cause of quality problems, assist in working on corrective and preventative plans, and follow up execution

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in US, Europe, Japan houseware products inspection, inspection experience for north American retailer is a plus. Familiar with AQL process.
Manufacturing knowledge of wood, metal, plastic
English literate is a must, can communicate in English in daily work. Can speak either Chinese or Vietnamese.
Familiar with office Word, Excel and Photo Edit.
Communicate clearly.
High integrity, responsible, honest, hardworking and willing to travel.
Open minded and can adapt to changes.
Speaking Chinese is definitely a highly preferred advantage
