Quality Inspector ( Nhân Viên Kiểm Tra Chất Lượng)

MISSION:
For sourcing and for all finished goods of Groupe SEB portfolio and components for export, contribute to the efficiency of processes by driving the suppliers to deliver products in compliance with the expected level of quality requests by different brands & products.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB :
• To deliver product at targeted Quality level during outgoing inspection for oversea suppliers
• Carry out outgoing inspections under MIL standards
• Drive measurement of finished goods based on the product specifications, reference sample and engage quality tests
to identify defects.
• Prepare outgoing inspection report and NQSU
• Collaborate and discuss the defects with the quality engineer for accepting or rejecting finished goods
To follow other delegated job from supervisor
SIGNIFICANT DATA :
• To carry out the outgoing inspections in schedule
• To collaborate the quality team leader to complete the quality activities
• To ensure NQSU recorded in each batch
• To ensure supplier follows SEB inspection rule on outgoing inspection arrangement
• To support & monitor 1-2 Improvement programs in supplier
• To support the quality team leader for PRV if necessary
