• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve high service standards.
• Create personalized and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Support revenue generation and effective cost control.
• Work closely with Culinary and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
• Good command of English.
