Mô tả công việc
* As a Brand Manager of Dry Confectionery category, you will work together with Business Unit Director (BU), be responsible for building and developing the Dry Confectionery in both the Introduction and Growth Stage of multi product groups.
* This role will facilitate your business mindset and a wealth of experience to grow a new category from an initial stage with diversity of product groups.
* Strategic Planning:
- Together with BU, analyze external contexts and internal resources; identify opportunities and translate into category strategic plan to achieve business objective in the Growth stage.
- Develop annual plans and projects, which include new product development and marketing activities.
* New product development and innovation:
- Identify trends in the category, unmet needs of consumers to propose new products in three groups: own production, OEM and trading to meet the growth strategy
- Well coordinate with BU Director to provide applicable products to each regions
- Coordinate with Overseas business partners to develop or adapt new products for Vietnam market
- Build positioning, product concepts and 4P marketing mix for new products
- NPD projects management, working close with R&D, production, management accountant, import teams, ect. to deliver product launch as planned.
- Develop and execute integrated launch plans, support the successful launching.
- Thoroughly evaluate post-launch after one month, three months, six months.
* Grow existing brand and products:
- Brand scanning and mapping for long-term brand vision and mission.
- Propose marketing and promotional plans of the product to promote own brands & trading products, including revenue, coverage and profit targets of each region
- Well understand in-store environment to build in-store communication plan to reach and engage potential and existing shopper and consumers.
- Develop digital marketing plan on social media, Tiktok specifically
- Build good relationship with divisions, departments in cross-function team support own brands & trading products [protected info] be able to get alignment with cross-function team to deploy the marketing activities smoothly to
- Monthly tracking and reporting marketing activities performance.
* Build successor team
- Support subordinates to identify and develop career path through training, coaching
- Inspire team members to spark the creativity and enthusiasm.
