Mô tả công việc
- Search for potential business locations.
- Build shop model and draft layout drawings.
- Negotiate with lessors, contractors, equipment suppliers, legal and procedural consultants... for getting approval and signing of contracts.
- Implement risk management to minimize project risks.
- Identify, track, manage, prevent, and resolve any project issues that may occur
- Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Accounting, Production Operations, Human Resources, ... to set sales targets, production plans, and recruitment suitable for each project scale.
- Monitor and control the construction and completion of the project.
- Prepare activity reports for all project team activities (monthly, weekly & ad hoc)
Yêu cầu
- Graduate University.- Knowledge of the bakery.- Experience in store system development.- Good at English/Japanese.- Computer proficiency.
