Location and Schedule:

• Work schedule during school terms: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM every other Saturday.
• Work schedule during school vacation periods (Summer and Winter): 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
• Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the center's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor and optimize schedules for classes, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluation for staff, including teachers, academic
• coordinators, and administrative staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing student and parent feedback promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Organize events, workshops, or activities to enhance the student experience and promote the center.
• Achieve enrollment and revenue targets by working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student retention, attendance, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain and improve teaching standards.
• Regularly review student progress reports and implement interventions for improvement.
