Mô tả công việc

Location and Schedule:

Work schedule during school terms: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM every other Saturday.
Work schedule during school vacation periods (Summer and Winter): 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the center's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Monitor and optimize schedules for classes, teachers, and administrative staff.
Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluation for staff, including teachers, academic
coordinators, and administrative staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing student and parent feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Organize events, workshops, or activities to enhance the student experience and promote the center.
Achieve enrollment and revenue targets by working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student retention, attendance, and financial performance.
Collaborate with the academic team to maintain and improve teaching standards.
Regularly review student progress reports and implement interventions for improvement.

Yêu cầu

Language requirement: good command of English (equivalent of IELTS 7.0 or higher)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferably in Business Administration, Education, or a related field).
3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in the education or service industry.
Experience working in a language center or educational institution is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Communication skills, including writing and interpersonal conversation.
Organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, positive, and encouraging attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of designing software is an asset.
Have a personal laptop.
