Quantitative Research Executive

Ipsos is one of the world's largest global research companies. Our ambition is to make market research a primary lens for understanding contemporary society and the economy. As we continue to grow in Vietnam, we are looking for a talented Quantitative Research Executive to join our team.
1. PURPOSE
Act as the team's key quality pillar by effectively and accurately managing research projects.
2. RESPONSIBILITY
Supervised by a Senior Executive, Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.
Independently manage and execute research projects using a range of quantitative methodologies.
Coordinate end-to-end market research projects, from initial briefing through data delivery and presentation of findings.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Operations, to ensure project quality and efficiency.
Promote teamwork and build positive, productive internal working relationships.
Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project requirements.
Actively receive and respond to client feedback in a constructive and professional manner
Continuously learn and master the fundamentals of market research and Ipsos methodologies

3. QUALIFICATIONS
Background:
1-2 years of experience in market research or as a researcher in a related industry
Strong competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Basic statistical knowledge is an advantage
Soft skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Personality:
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Proactive and self-motivated
Curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field
