R&D Engineer (Mechanical/Tooling)

* Responsible for new product development and introduction activities, including BOM management, tooling development, trial validation, engineering change implementation, and supporting mass production quality improvement. Ensure new products are successfully transferred into mass production while meeting customer and company requirements.
- Independently operate the PLM system to create and maintain part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure BOM accuracy and timely updates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support the introduction of new products into mass production.
- Ensure product readiness, manufacturing feasibility, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Review tooling and mold designs, provide technical feedback, and participate in mold development activities.
- Verify trial mold samples and evaluate tooling performance.
- Prepare trial mold reports and complete component approval processes.
- Execute Engineering Change (EC) activities for mass production products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of design changes.
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues occurring during mass production.
- Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and related departments to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and technical records related to product development and production support.
