R&D Engineer (Product Development)

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Team size: 3 people
- Education - Major: University - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering and related for air-conditioner.
- Male/Female
- Location: Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen
- English: Toiec 600 upward
A. Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with R&D of Daikin Thailand to ensure new models produced at Daikin Vietnam are not delayed
B. Main Job Description:
• Determine the specification of new products transferred from other market into Vietnam market with localized production.
• When parts or materials are changed, we create the necessary documentation, revise drawings, and issue DCS
• Control and manage the development process for new products transferred from other plants that are produced by Daikin Vietnam.
• Pursue whole development process of the new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.
• Coordinate with other departments in the factory so that the trial production for new products is not delayed.
• Develop new parts/materials from the market to improve product specifications and realize cost reduction
