Role Description
The R&D Engineer conducts research, develops innovative solutions to enhance construction processes and outcomes, evaluates emerging tech, and implements BIM-based solutions for construction projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct research and development activities related to BIM, including identifying emerging technologies and trends in the industry, evaluating their potential applications in construction, and developing innovative solutions to improve construction processes and outcomes.
• Develop and implement BIM-based solutions for construction projects, including developing models, creating project plans, and coordinating with project teams.
• Analyze and interpret BIM data to identify areas for improvement in construction processes and outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical reports and other relevant documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to BIM and construction, and share knowledge with the team.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate internal and external stakeholders on using BIM and related technologies.
• Assist Project teams in project setup and Revit/ Allplan families for particular project needs.
Yêu cầu
• Graduate/ Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role/position.
• Intermediate written and reading English skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Curious and open to new topics.
• Strong Problem-Solving skills.
• Logical thinking ability.
• Proficient in a BIM Software.
• Ability and willingness to learn new things.
