More about this role
Prototype development in lab/pilot: preparing ingredients - sample making.
Set up sensory roundtable test: set up meeting - prepare tasting sample - tasting summarize/report.
Conduct Shelf-life test: sample storing condition.
Working with suppliers: ingredient ordering, explore new ingredients/ methods.
Support team in other projects as needed.
Job specific requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemistry/Technology for relevant majors.
Good command of English.
