Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a R&D Supervisor (Ink, $950, ID19550)
Lead and execute the development of new ink formulations.
Enhance the properties of existing ink products.
Design cost-efficient formulations while ensuring compliance with performance standards and safety regulations.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and printing defects.
Conduct root cause analysis using laboratory tools and methodologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to Sales, Quality Control, and Production teams.
Evaluate new raw materials such as resins, solvents, additives, and pigments.
Maintain and manage technical documentation including TDS, MSDS, and COA.
Supervise R&D chemists, laboratory technicians, and interns.
Assign tasks, review outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Uphold laboratory safety standards and proper chemical handling procedures.
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with industry regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Gender: Male under 40 years old .
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in printing inks or related chemical manufacturing
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in English communication, including technical reporting and customer support
