1. Job Overview
Responsible for PO creation, tracking shipments in transit, anticipating delivery risks, and defining mitigation actions proactively.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Responsible for PO creation and ensuring all transactions related to raw materials supply planning processing in SAP are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
2.2. Establish a tool/procedure with shipping lines for tracking shipments in transit.
2.3. Analyze and define reliable shipping lines that consistently deliver shipments on time with reasonable transit time, then ask vendors to use the defined shipping lines for our shipments.
2.4. Analyze and define a monthly delivery schedule based on monthly consumption requirements, orders in transit, safety stocks, supply lead time, risk period, and replenishment plan.
2.5. Communicate Raw Material Forecast and Purchase Orders to the vendors with requested delivery dates.
2.6. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing the domestic and inland trucking plan for raw materials
2.7. Liaise with vendors to ensure the proper shipping schedules.
2.8. Oversee the delivery of raw materials and shipments in transit.
2.9. Anticipate delivery risks and define/propose mitigation actions proactively.
2.10. Liaise with the Operational Planning team, IMEX team, and
Purchasing team to ensure the consistent and adequate supply of raw materials necessary for production.
2.11. Daily check and update the raw materials inventory pipeline.
2.12. To inform the Managers of any irregularities or problems that require assistance, such as late delivery, shortage of supply issues,...
2.13. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
2.14. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
2.15. Having the authorities within the assigned function.

3. Education and working experience required
3.1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any major, preferably in international trade.
3.2. Experience:
3.2.1. Professional experience: 2+ years of working experience. Knowledge/ Experience in supply planning is a plus.
