WALA-ICT is seeking a talented Junior/Middle Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining the mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with fellow engineers and designers to deliver exceptional results across both platforms.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications utilizing React Native.
Compose clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with fellow engineers and designers to deliver exceptional user interfaces (UIs) and user experiences (UX) for mobile applications.
Integrate native functionalities specific to iOS and Android using platform-specific APIs while maintaining consistent codebases.
Optimize applications for performance considerations, including speed, scalability, and robust security measures.
Conduct rigorous testing and debugging procedures utilizing a variety of tools and frameworks specific to both React Native.
Actively participate in code review processes, code analysis initiatives, and code optimization efforts.
Engage in ongoing research to stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the mobile development landscape.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 months demonstrable experience in mobile development with React Native.
In-depth understanding of JavaScript, Dart, and the intricacies of both React Native.
Practical experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Redux, and other development tools and frameworks.
Proven ability to utilize testing and debugging tools specific to React Native (Jest, Detox, etc.).
Experience with Git or a comparable version control system.
Solid foundation in mobile design principles, encompassing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts

Additional Skills:

Strong comprehension of mobile design principles, encompassing UI and UX design concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
A natural aptitude for learning new technologies and swiftly resolving challenges.

Additional Information WALA-ICT offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including:

13th-month bonus
Hybrid working model (home office and in-office)
40-hour work week, Monday-Friday
