Job Description:
Welcome and assist all guests with warm, professional, and courteous service.
Answer phone calls and messages promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
Coordinate guest bookings such as transportation, accommodation, and spa services.
Introduce hotel promotions, packages, and special offers to guests when appropriate.
Maintain guest records and ensure information is kept up to date and confidential.
Support communication between guests and internal departments to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints politely and professionally.
Prepare daily reports and ensure proper handover between shifts.
Report any operational issues or guest concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
