Mô tả công việc
Purpose and Objective of this position:
The Receptionist will be part of an HR&GA team, Cordially and professionally answer incoming calls; greet visitors and direct clients and visitors to appropriate individuals. Provide some additional clerical assistance to complex or branch, at direction of Management
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer & transfer incoming calls in English and Vietnamese in a professional manner; take messages properly and clearly if requested; warmly greet and welcome guests to give a good first impression of the Company
- Proactively work with the Airport authority and Airport Customs to conduct Entry pass.
- Control and maintain the appearance of the reception area, meeting room and canteen area to ensure it's always clean.
- Carry out procedures related to work permits, visas
- Maintain and update the telephone, attendance, supplier list; deal with post.
- Supervise cleaner's performance; coordinate with drivers for car arrangements.
- Perform various administrative tasks (company stamps, stationary, photocopy, newspapers, payment claims, taxi voucher, document filing, insurance claim, tree, food & drinks arrangement, hotel/air ticket/restaurant booking, IT coordination and so on)
- Responsible in maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers, keeping a polite and professional attitudes at all times.
- Provides information and oversight of effective commodity and natural customer-focused teams.
- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and directly related reception experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
- Less than 1 year of experience administrative experience in a medium to large sized firm required.
- Computer, office equipment, MS Office programs.
- Strong English communication.
Other Qualifications:
- Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects;
- Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Understanding of business law, corporate law
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
