Receptionist - Nhân Viên Lễ Tân

- Welcoming guests, preparing drinks for guests
- Arrange meeting room, meeting schedule
- Receive parcels and send parcels
- Follow up the notice of phone bill, electricity bill, water bill, ... then make a payment request form and submit it to the accounting department.
- Book tickets on demand and Order stationary and manage when necessary
- Email and notice all employees if there is a new announcement.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
