Reclub Ambassador - Hanoi

About this role
We are seeking passionate players and influential leaders to be our Reclub Ambassadors (RAs). RAs are Reclub's pathfinder to a community, bridging Reclub and the local sports scene. RA's leverage their expertise, relationships, and passion to support social sports to build a Reclub community from the ground up. RAs must be bi-lingual (English + Viet).
Key responsibilities
• Community engagement & localization (60%)
Host and join activities, leverage existing networks, introduce Reclub to the community.
Serve as the local expert, ensuring the Reclub brand is tailored to the local culture.
• Reporting & Feedback (20%)
Gather and report on local trends, user feedback, and competitor activity. Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing direct feedback to Reclub's community team.
• CRM Curation (15%)
Identify and build relationships with key community individuals, clubs, and venues. Curate and maintain an accurate database of these key contacts for reporting & communication.
• Brand & Partnership Outreach (5%)
Facilitate strategic partnerships by introducing local brands and organizations to Reclub.
Identify aligned brands to create future opportunities for branded events & promotions.
