Recreation Supervisor

Job Description
Consistently ensure professional, friendly and engaging service delivery across all recreation areas.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, ensuring service exceeds expectations.
Handle guest complaints and critical incidents effectively and promptly.
Drive guest engagement programs (e.g. We Make Moments) to enhance RPS performance.
Oversee daily operations of all Recreation facilities: Pool, Beach, Gym, Kids Club, M Lounge.
Ensure facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment, infrastructure and inventory.
Ensure proper setup of pool, beach and activity areas.
Plan, implement and monitor daily activity programs and special events.
Ensure programs are delivered safely, on schedule and at high quality standards.
Develop new ideas to enhance guest experience and activity offerings.
Manage contingency plans for weather or operational disruptions.
Supervise, train and develop Recreation team (Fitness, Lifeguard, Activities, Attendants).
Assign duties, monitor performance and ensure efficient shift operations.
Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards.
Conduct regular training programs and ensure training hours compliance.
Additional Information
Bachelor's degree; graduate degree for advancement, 1-2 years experiences in related position
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
Detailed knowledge of working practices of activities
Ability to cope with pressure
Ability to work a personal computer
Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.
Knowledge of local language
Strong resistance
