Mô tả công việc
1-/ Pricing & Tender Management: (50%)

To prepare all RFQ: Bid management, Build P&L models, and pricing recommendations.
To gather and analyses project historical data and information on price competitiveness for use in the development of competitive cost estimates and proposals.
VLP: Monitor pipeline opportunities; support ad-hoc pricing; offer suitable product bundles to factory/customer.
To work with 2PLs and stakeholders to collect market intel, seek competitive rates andcapabilities, prepare tender documents & propose solutions.

2-/ Product Development (30%)

To search and develop suppliers for new RFQ/ VLP requirements work with cross-function stakeholders for local Product Development (Barge, CBT Bonded /CFS, solutions etc.) to improve domestic upselling revenue.
To analyze client's operations, develop optimal and well-conceptualized logistics solutions and work with Commercial / Operations / SQ / Finance / Corporate Product /IT team to develop detailed proposals including solution design, cost models, process flow simulation and other logistics factors within customer-defined timelines.
To assist to deepen existing product capabilities (eg. leverage OTMS/ WMS to scale up trucking)

3-/ Planning / Marketing / KPI Dashboard (20%)

To manage country profile, marketing material content, sales materials.
To do the market research study, competitor profiling, analyses of market opportunities for future business (eg. market sizing).
To engage with Commercial Team to understand the business strategy and align to execute business strategy.
Commercial KPI dashboard tracking, budget preparation, and other tasks assigned from Commercial Head.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Logistics or equivalent qualification.
Holder of University/ College Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Transportation,
Having minimum 3-year-working experience in International freight forwarding/International logistics operations / Supply chain solutions.
Project management skills.
Good communication & presentation skills in Vietnamese and English (oral, written, and listening).
Growth / Innovation mindset.
Advanced Excel skills (preferably with P& L knowledge).
Attention to detail, high numerical/analytical skills, ability to analyze and synthesize information, sensitivity to the trend of the market.
Good knowledge of the logistics industry in Viet Nam.
High interpersonal skills.
Pro-active, self-motivated, high learning agility, creative, passion of business, capable organization.
Excellent strategic thinker.
Able to work under high pressure
Able to handle projects with high (data/info) sensitivity
Having excellent teamwork Spirit
