Our client is a foreign invested trading company, now looking for a Marketing & Business Development Director in Ha Noi:
Conduct studies for new business opportunities including new products and new market
Lead the new business development that has been defined and work with representatives from various function
Positive to increase the number of customers
Responsible for promoting the profitability and income of new products includes managing and growing sales in each business group
Responsible for leading, managing and developing various experimental sites
Oversee the Customer Service/Relation function of the organization put in place key customer service matrices, and ensure that a high level of customer service is met
Coordinate with Business Group / Branch Manager to convert new products and ensure conversion results in terms of people, knowledge, processes, and technology, where application
Oversee and manage marketing activities and strategies aligned with all stakeholders
Responsible for the analysis of key financial and operational of Business Development initiatives, develop and implement action plans identified
Oversee key process improvement projects identified and monitor key milestone

Have experience in Home Appliance/FMCG business
University graduated in BA or related major
3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development at the same level
Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Deep knowledge in Product Life Cycle Marketing
Good command in English
