Recruiting Officer

Job Summary: To develop and implement policies of HR for Food Blending project including recruitment, C&B to be in line with company's manpower requirement and serve HR strategies and business objectives; To ensure effectively in providing qualified manpower that can support company business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing professional support and advice on recruitment for the project;
• Basing on project recruitment plan to deploy searching candidates and arrange interview on time;
• Advising project leader on best practice recruitment and selection.
• Preparing job descriptions and job specifications.
• Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
• Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
• Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants;
• Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities;
• Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that project leader and HR leader are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
• Follow-up the probation of newly employees;
• Proposing compensation and benefits for the employees of the project;
• Preparing personnel reports of the project;
• Ensure sufficient personnel of the project;
