RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

*RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, interview and manage candidate database actively
- Communicate all requirements of the job to the candidate
- Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the candidate and the candidate to the client
- Work with clients on sourcing purpose and recruitment process to accurately interpret clients' person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching
- Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to engage the talents community
- Monitor competitors' activities & industry trends in the area
- Other tasks as assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR/ Recruitment or related services.
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills.
